The tech behind every keyguard
Six systems, all built in-house, turn a screenshot of your board into a finished keyguard: measured, detected, generated, sliced and printed, without anyone redrawing it by hand.
ATKeys device database
We keep an extensive database of common devices, so we can generate a standardised AAC keyguard for every one of them.
ATKeys AI Engine
Our AI Engine uses machine learning (genuinely AI, just not the ChatGPT kind) to identify every button and area in the screenshot you upload. Advanced computer-vision algorithms then refine the selection.
ATKeys App
The app lets you edit your keyguard, tweak the settings and see the result. Crucially, it generates a 1:1-scale PDF so you can check the dimensions are exactly right before anything is printed.
ATKeys CAD Engine
Written from scratch for AAC keyguards, our CAD Engine drives an advanced parametric modeller to produce 3D BREP geometry to the exact specification our in-house printers need. A 2D geometry kernel optimises each shape to design around common manufacturing limits.
ATKeys Cloud Slicer
The Cloud Slicer turns our parametric 3D models into the precise series of movements the printers carefully execute. It configures itself automatically for your particular keyguard.
ATKeys 3D printer fleet
Our in-house fleet is ready to take on any order, maintained and configured specifically for AT keyguards, and scheduled automatically. In more than 80% of orders, your print starts within five minutes of your payment landing.
Together, these innovations make our service this fast and this affordable.
One connected pipeline, from your screenshot to a keyguard printed to fit your exact board, made in 48 hours for just £35.
